Link to Circuit city

it is on sale at Best buy for $549.99 no rebate
Circuit City has it for $549.99 after $200 CC rebate, link to rebate

make your order online and pick up at your local store, the rebate form will not be printed out with the pick up order, do the PM to CSR, the price will be 749.99 - 220(110%PM) - $200MIR = $329.99 ! If your local CC store's CSRs are nice, try to apply $40 off $199 CC coupon to bring the final price to $289.99!!!!
of course, it is a big YMMV deal, but if you are lucky you could get the cheapest laptop deal ever!

How to get your rebate form since the link has been removed from CC Web
go to rebate search link
choose 3) Search by Program ID: (exXXXX), type pc13n then click Go

I will pay $400 for anyone that can get that laptop for me.

dood, best buy will take the rebate coupon.

they have the notebook at $550 (marked down from $750). use the $200 off, and you will be at $350 + tax.

I walk in, show them the coupon and get it?

I thought the coupon was for Circuit city.

Is there a link to the coupon and/or item?

when someone can do it - let me know. i don't trust 'rebates' in the mail. if they're on to it, it could be denied or take over a year.

what kind. from where. how.

acer aspire. It was on sale for $450 and there was a coupon to get $150 off a laptop if you signed up for broadband when you bought it. So I bought the laptop signed up for broadband and cancelled the broadband the next day.

Vista is shit with only 512MB RAM though, you need 1GB for it to run coherently.

I would think those old laptops with XP still loaded on them would be a better bargain to buy now that Vista is out.

Better OS right now too. It seems like for the first few years, the new windows will be fucked up. XP was just starting to work pretty good.
