lol, it seems like a good guage. i have a gigantor belt sr., and gigantor belt Jr. when i first starting Sr. i was on like the 5 hole from the end and it was tight, now im on the last hole and its loose. soon it might be time to get junior back out.

it was this little flimsy belt that we had in the garage since the beginning of time...I don't even think it belonged to me...but its just been here. I think it came with the house. One day it just didn't fit......what a glorious day that was

I don't wear a belt to train in, but I do this with my regular belts.

Currently on the smallest notch that I have ever been on. Working on getting it down to the next one.

Seems like I don't need to tighten it up as much as I used to. . lol. I guess that each hole represents 1 inch. . correct? If thats the case. . I have added 3 inches.

I don't use a belt so I don't know about that. I just pinch my abdominal distension to get a "feel" for the fatness.

My belt was lost at the 2002 IPA Nationals, its black and broken in, also it's single prong, with a little piece of tape with my name on it. Whoever has it please return it, my new belt sucks so I 'borrow' others to use lol.
