I still can't understand the meaning and the reason of a "bridge". Does it mean a light intake of AAS to maintain what you gained? If people are doing "bridging" to give their body a break before hitting it hard again, I think they are fooling themselves. Even with light, half-ass dosages any AAS will prevent the body to return its normal levels from the previous cycle. So 8 wk cycle + 8 bridge + another 8 wk cycle is a cycle of 6 months in my book. If you take the risk to stress your body for 6 months why don't you run a real cycle for 3-4 months?
Bash me as much as you like but "bridging" is a stupid idea and a great risk to health.
Do 1 or 2 REAL cycles in a year with careful diet, rest, and training and you'll grow well and be much safer.
