looks awsome, but the surrounding area is pure trash, (from the pics)

even the beach looks unswimmable

there is $1.5 Billion planned in the area, that trash will look totally different soon

the beaches do suck, but that's OK

the draw to biloxi is

1) casinos
2) ocean views

thats cool though...when u develop and sell how does that wor? like do u get any sort of stake? like a condo in each place you develope? if so that would be definately awsome

No, I own a few condos and have developed some residential real estate in NY. I do high end projects, including one very high end residence ($4M+)going on right now.

Those are gross. Absolutely horrid.

I guess taste is opinion, but those are shit.

What do you mean by sell? Your firm get hired by the developers to do the actual "selling" of the properties like real estate agents?

Are all those owners of those units, speculators doing buy & flip's, or actual tenants who put down deposits and are moving in?
 
Frisky, I'm in the south though not in Biloxi. Just wanted to drop a line and tell you how awesome you looked in your pics. My wife has legs close to yours but nowhere near the abs or back. You've def. paid your dues. Anyway, you look great! Keep it up. :)
