Anyone know these clomids?

OK, i've posted this on a few boards, but am having trouble getting an answer on these, so i thought i'd try here as a last resort. I was sent some clomids by my source and i have never seen these before nor could i find a pic of these. They are the size of an eraser on the end of a pencil, white, one side blank and the other has "CLO" written on it...

Oh ya, i have a pic too but can't post it, if anyone doesn't mind posting it for me i would appreciate it..
