Bro, why do you ask for advice if you're not going to listen? I took the time to read your other thread, told you you probably had cellulitis (which you haven't even spelled correctly here might I add), and specifically told you NOT to just rummage around the house and use whatever antibiotic you can find. And you did exactly that.

Yes, it will work, but it's stupid to use Levaquin for cellulitis. It's a much broader spectrum than is necessary, and if you run out, it's very expensive to refill. Do you have enough for 7-10 days?

Why is everyone so paranoid about going to a doctor?? The medical record will read "cellulitis", not "anabolic steroid injection induced cellulitis", you'll get a penicillin or a 3rd gen cephalosporin, and be out in 10 minutes.

I did not say it was the best...yes it works but as 52 said Khephlex is much better even Amoxicillin. The levaquin until you get to a doc. Tell him you leaned aginst a nail...maybe also get a thetnous (sp? shot too but so what?)

Quad

P.S. I always keep an up to date Kephlex script on hand in case.

Quad I wasnt attacking your post, I know you knew Levaquin would work, but isnt needed. It's just that dal is doing the exact thing I advised him against, but I could care less.

That's a good strategy with the Kephlex Rx. Just out of curiosity, have you ever had an problems with cellulitis/abscesses? No matter how careful you are, as you use more and more the odds have to be against you..

Way off topic, but cullulitis was a bitch to get rid of, mine was from a bad shin scrape at work..it kept coming back, gotta really get ontop of infections fast.

Right you are. Depending on location, individual immune status, and the nature of the infection, the bacteria CAN spread very rapidly along the fascial planes and effect blood flow, skin integrity, etc. Gotta squash these things FAST.

Minor celulitus...you know the hard swollen red stripe deal. I only drink my winny now (yes you can drink winny! :qt: ) and really have not had to many probs since. Had a frind from a multi dose winny though....fucked his tri up and his competition...had to spend 3 days in the hospital draining.... Drink your winny boys.

Really, it's funny you say that, I just started pinning my winny after a long time of using orals. Any reason behind why winny might be more prone to cause such things? Perhaps the water it's prepped in isnt as "sterile" as it should be, as compared to oils?? I'm just shooting in the dark here, as this is an important topic for me. I was really liking the injection route. I could use more mg and I wasnt feeling like crap as I do on orals.

Don't have time to read these.... doctor prescribed me Levaquin at 500mg. for 6 days to get rid of a skin infection due to injections... worked wonders.

The water base gear is more likely to get or become contaminated. My bud got a nasty tri infection also from some winny he was using that came multi vial. like shooting winny myself, stick with Zambon imo. I have never had a issue with those.
