anyone know how HIIT cardio changes caloric demands

thinking about trying it, not sure how i would change my daily caloric intake.
 
I dont see any reason to change anything when you start doing them. It's after a few weeks of monitoring progress that you decide what to do.
 
hard to say, but I guess a good ballpark would be calculate the distance you cover. You generally burn a pretty similar amount of cals when you move yourself one mile, whether you walk or run ect. However, HIIT is a little different so I'm sure there will be discrepancies..but like I said its a good ballpark estimate.
