Anyone hitting the gym today?

About to head out for a light leg day, then a bike ride. Anyone else? Post up your day's routine.

Hyperextensions
Leg press (5x5) - shut up Shadow
Leg ext
Ham curl
Seated calf raise
maybe some DB step-ups
maybe some light squats
 
yeah later, gonna be shoulders

upright rowsx 2
rear delt machine x2
side laterals x2
some weird exercise i do with cables to mimick a judo action x2


11 sets is a lot for me, but whatever

monday is always the busiest day at my gym too :(

chest and 30 min cardio, may go hit cardio this morning and chest tonight
 
Still sick. This is starting to tick me off. Headache and feel weak and little energy going on the 4th day now. I think I know why I have this and I'm not happy about it.
 
If I can make it in, it's gonna be chest, legs, biceps. Time for breakfast. Raisin bran with raw oats and a scoop of N-large with creatine.
 
Nope, but I did legs yesterday (squat, leg press, extensions, calf raises). I'm so pumped about it, my legs are making great progress. I'll be squatting 365 for reps next week, yay.

Amazingly enough, I am staying at a so-called 4 stars hotel (how they got those stars is beyond me).

NH Hotel in Munich... PIECE of shit all around... well, at least they have wireless DSL free of charge, otherwise it would be sucky dial-up.

just killing time till I go to my meeting at 6:00 pm (2 more hours to go, damn it)
 
My gym is closed today.......

But, I got up & did 40 mins of HIIT cardio (Run/Walk Combo) around the Riverfront with Hubby.....may go for a walk later.....

sounds good. Im planning on DB shoulder presses and upright rows and stuff like that today too. also maybe some cardio since Im going to gain 20 lbs according to Killah

oh, don't be mad sweety nips. it is my way of motivating. and it looks like it is working already.
 
gym closed today but i'm waay to worthless to even attempt any thing athletic...gots to dry out for 24 hours before i lift
 
Hell yeah!!!! I went to the gym earlier and did 30 minutes elliptical. I went home, ate, chill and I go back 2 for chest/tri's/abs. Serious shit today.

My gym is closed today. The front of me is sunburned but the back of me isn't so I'm going to spend part of the afternoon tanning on the deck. It'll be hard work. I might see if my sister wants to take the dog for a hike with me too but then I'll probably have to get dressed...and that doesn't seem appealing. lol

So I'm not going to do anything today other than eat right.
 
going to go biking. after each mile and a half "once around the park," I do 10 pullups, 10 pushups. No more, no less. I try to get 10 laps in with the pushups and pullups, when I can't do anymore, I go for 10 more laps at a good pace.

I biked 35 miles yesterday; today I will do chest/delts/triceps.
 
i had planned to but I got up and was feeling lazy. My gf went but I stayed home, she wanted a spotter too :(
 
I'm meaning to leave any minute now, but I'm distracted right now.
