anyone here work for Progressive or Enterprise?

I am friends with a girl who worked at Enterprise. She does not like it all that much, has been physically assaulted by someone for whom she denied a rental (enterprise does not require a credit card, do the math on who they rent to).
She said she had to wear heels and a skirt at all times, even when they were cleaning out rental cars that were being returned, and that a lot of the managers are the hated "bureaucratic by-the-rule-book" types who pick nits and like power. She said that the people who handle corporate accounts can make a good living but those jobs are very hard to get.
She quit to teach elementary school.
I know two people who work at Progressive.
Progressive is an interesting company - as insurance companies go they are farily forward thinking. If you want to work there, try and come in on the underwriting / acutarial side rather than claims. My friends both work in claims. One loves it, thinks the pay is great, the other one hates it and wants to move away.
For the insurance industry, progressive is pretty good
