Anyone here on Celexia - legit?

I couldn't take the sides with my other meds so the doc gave me Celexia. Doesn't feel like it's doing anything. Like not being on meds at all.

Anyone else take this and notice it's like taking a sugar pill?

There's a new medication out there called "Lexapro" (escitolopram oxylate) that is composed of only the more pharmocologically active isomer that's found in Celexa. Many people report very quick, noticeable effects with very few side effects. I dated a girl that was on it and had tried several different anti-depressants. It was by far her favorite.

I'm sure he will prescribe it. I kind of just walk in and tell him what I want and he writes it as long as it's legit.

I told him to put me on Effexor about 3 years ago. He told me the sides were minimal compared to others. Never take this shit! The withdrawal is compared to heroine. Head feels like you have the flu. Falling into shit, walking into shit, and you head is all screwed up. Like going to get your wallet to go out and realize that you just walked out of the house with your remote control in your hand. SERIOUSLY!

It started as a sleep disorder and now they have a list of whats wrong with me. I wonder if it's all bullshit.
