Anyone here "mountain" bike??

I decided to pull the OLD mountain bike outta storage, and go riding with a friend of mine.

He bought a pretty expensive bike, had shocks(both tires and the seat) big tires and about 50,000 gears.

I was raggin him about payin so much for a bike, so he tells me to take a ride on it.

it was like a lexus, I purposely ran over shit, stairs,curbs anything I could think of.

Never felt a thing, Now I get to go back to riding my flintstones marble bike.

Amnybody else bike?

i like to ride.. i probably go 3 times a month during the summer.. i got a gt idrive i spent about $1200 on after some part upgrades.. somewhere middle of the line.

it gets pretty intense when we ride the ski slopes in tahoe. some crazy stuff.. and its tougher than any cardio session i have ever done.
