Anyone here got a Saiga 12?

what ammo where you shooting? I've heard if they gas ports aren't drilled right it will cause jams and shit. Also there are 2 settings I believe. One for birdshot, and the other for 00 buck, slugs, etc.
I have a Sega Genesis. It's pretty sweet. Doesn't jam up much unless I don't blow the dust out of the games first.
buckshot. I don't know shit about them other than shooting one once. they've probably got the bugs worked out by now. then again it could be like the 3" .45s and never be reliable.
it was probably worth it just for novelty's sake/fun especially for a baller like yourself. I'd go with a high cap pump if it were for home defense every day though.
I know. but its useless for home defense if it jams up on every mag. if you want it just to play around with its totally worth it, imo. and maybe it turns out reliable

Yup high cap pump for home defense. Won't jam and you also get the intimidation factor with hearing that click clack when you chamber a round.
Get a broomstick for the foregrip, a flashlight, and a laser, and you're set.
The high cap autos are fun as fuck for the range though. Shot a saiga a couple of times and really didn't jam much until I started squeezing rounds off really fast. I have a Winchester SuperX 3 with a good bit of mods done to it, and I'd say they compare really well. The SuperX has never jammed though.

The reason they jam up is you cant use cheap ammo. I use the federal ammo brand slug and 00 buck shot. You can turn yours and your neighbors house into swiss cheese no problem during a home defense scenerio.
