Anyone here from the UK?

Hi, I'm completley new to Elite Fitness... I was just wondering anyone from the UK knows much about steroids and the law.
I've never used steroids but I'm seriously considering it after 7 years bodybuilding. I know a few people who are on the juice and they all have different versions as to how legal it is.

The way I see it is that its legal to use it, but not to sell it... right?

So.. if I was to order some on the internet I wouldn't be breaking the law as I'm buying for my own personal use.. and if its being imported from Europe its not being sold in this country...right?

I can't seem to find any info on the internet on this, and I could really do without a criminal record!

steroids are classed as a class c drug, and you can still be arrested for having them, i learnt the hard way, although you talk to places like Frank, they will advise you they are not!

Agree with that 100% mate! seemes to be a massive grey area in the UK, I've been looking on a whole range of websites, each article I read has a different variation of the law...
When you say you learned the hard way, were you done for posession of steroids alone, or as well as a seperate offence? + what was the punishment (hope you dont mind me asking)

charged and covicted, didnt realise they were illegal at the time, neither did my solicitor, oh well, we all learn our lessons....only had a very small amount on me, about £30 worth, got a fine and 2 years conditional discharge...just for the record, im not using now, nor condoning the use of roids....
