Hey, has anyone ever used FITDAY diet program. I heard its a good program to use because it can help you plan all your diet stuff out etc. Let me know if any of you have tryed it and how well it worked for you thanks.

yeah, but It's not gonna plan the diet for you. You have to put in all the foods you ate or planning to. It doesn't say anything how good or bad you are eating, just percentage/weight of fat, carbs and protein.

thats what i want but i need to find someone who has the full version and not the free one

Regardless of the version, you still have to input what you eat yourself - it won't do it for you.....

I love Fitday!!

I think its great it really helped me out with using the cutting execel sheet i got from here. Daily intake on carbs, protein and fat. As i was really struggling to workout what i could eat and fit in to my diet.

then you'll waste your money the only diff between the pc version and the free version is that you can access the pc version offline. you'll still need to use calking for some measurements and transfer them over but once you get most of what you eat in there, your good to go.
