Anyone have vacation ideas?

Go to Avon, NC. . .drive some kind of 4x4. . .air down your tires when you get there and then cruise the beach. . .love the place. . .been there about a dozen times in the last 15 years. . .if you're looking for r&r it's hard to beat.

However, if you're looking for nightlife and beach. . .Ocean City, MD is pretty hard to beat.

what is it comprable to? Seasid Heights?

Good nightlife?

definitely not jersey shore. :lmao: trust me on this one. get on the plane and head for south beach or siesta beach instead.

OK, got a better bead on you now. Avon is for old married guys like me. Ocean City is basically spring break all summer long. . .excellent nightlife. . .mucho feminina's!!

I can't seen to find a decent thing leaving from Boston/Hartford/NYC.

They all say like "Mexico from $299 - but when I put in all my info it goes to like 600 bucks??????!!!!!!!

I'd like to book something in the heart of the area, I dont really want to have to walk too much while drunk!!! LOL

My best friend lives in Philly and goes to the Jersey shore all the time. Her opinion: It's too crowded now, everything is over-priced and it's too developed!
I say if you want action do Vegas....or come to Montreal. We have the best night life and the best strip clubs!

My best friend lives in Philly and goes to the Jersey shore all the time. Her opinion: It's too crowded now, everything is over-priced and it's too developed!
I say if you want action do Vegas....or come to Montreal. We have the best night life and the best strip clubs!

Give me a few minutes. . .I'll check with one of my buds that used to work there every summer when we were in college. . .he'll know where to stay. . .everytime I went there (during my college years), I was drunk by the time I got there, pretty much stayed that way the whole weekend and usually ended up sleeping on someone's floor on top of/underneath some chick. :)

Well right now in the city we have the International Comdey Fest, We just had the Jazz fest so when these are on, there are free shows all day every day! Big names too!
Now both fests are finished, there is still tons to do! I guess like any large city, historical sites, old Montreal port (where ships used to dock). The whole area is now developed into a tourist area.
The night life is what's fun about Montreal. We have great clubs, really the best strip bars (if you are into that) and really some of the best and least expensive shopping around!
There is also a large public beach, which of course does not compare to the beaches on Jersey.
It's just a fun exciting city!

I've been to Ocean City, Maryland twice for vacation. Between the boardwalk, beaches, bars/nightlife, you will have a blast. Picture Wildwood, NJ except with an older crowd. I know that place like the back of my hand...shoot me a PM if you want the details of what's good and where to stay.

the hot spot down in ocean city if i remember correctly is seacrest (or secrets), its a huge bar/club with the back of it on the beach, sloppy bitches everywhere lol.

i use www.site59.com to book weekend trips all the time from nyc. they always have great last minute deals on there including air and hotel. sometimes if im bored on a friday ill go on there and just book a quick trip for the weekend to switch things up.

i did, its weird - it looks like a house or something and the rooms are like 275 a piece!!!!!

me personally i wouldnt stay at their hotel/motel, its on the wrong side of the highway. you wanna stay on the ocean side not the bay side. just go there at night and it gets pretty live.

Get the street address and find a hotel (cheaper) nearby. During prime vacation time rooms ain't cheap, though. . .not even in the fleabags.

Love it! Been a couple of other places over the years but we always end up disappointed. . .nothing quite like the OBX on the east coast.

There is a beach that my friend went to as a child in the carolina's.
I cannot remember the name of it but the pics she would show me were absolutely beautiful. I must admit I was a bit upset when I was looking all forward to moving there, but never made it.
 
When I stayed at Ocean City Seacrets was amazing...best bar I've ever been to in my life.

dullboy, meat market? I saw bitches everywhere, maybe it was a slow night. Either way Ocean City is a cheap and fun vacation...lol @ the hick comment...yes there are quite a few hicks around. That's why suave outsiders get crazy pussy in those areas.
