deadlifts wide grip chins barbell rows good mornings all do wonders for me. I like to do cambered bar row sometimes to and take a pronated grip with lighter weight.
*Rack Deads... set the pins 2 inches below your knees... use an overhand grip and squeeze your scapulas together at the top. Use DL straps and use more weight than you normally dead lift.
*Pull-Ups... weighted... wide and narrow grips.
That is all you really need. If you want to add some gay cable shit at the end... for stretching the muscle out... that will work too.
My boy band and I worked out yesterday... was back day... I had them do:
35 pullups
3 sets of seated cable rows
3 sets modified clean and snatches
2 sets of high rep dumbell rows while leaning over an inclined bench supersetted with - what I call - reverse back shrugs. (hang on a bar like you are going to do a pullup... but flex your back and pull your torso up and shoulder blades back 2-3 inches while keeping your arms locked straight)
