Ok, I went. While I completely love having a near empty gym and knowing that I'm training while others are being fat/kano, the lack of energy in the joint kind of sucks.

DB presses
Upright rows
BO side db lats
DB shrugs
Machine press
Rev flyes
Finish w/ quick superset with light DB side raises and front plate raises
Now I'm gonna make some mesquite salmon and some balsamic marinated steak
