Anyone ever wonder what you might accomplish if you weren't in the gym all the time??

yeah it's not the gym that's time consuming. it's the research/asking questions/keeping up with the latest supps....
and mostly the eating, meal preparation and what not.

There you go...

I spend about an hour to two hours a day working out. But that, coupled with the cooking and whatnot takes up a decent part of my day.

I'm still relatively succesful, but a friend posed this question to me (the reason for this thread), and I really couldn't imagine my life without the gym.

Same here. :D

Well with weights just 3 times a week(Leg day is even shorter. Usually 30 minutes.) and my Krav Maga classes 2 times a week.

No, I always train alone (lifiting partners equate to too much chatter...I am a chatterbox lol :o ). So its just me and my headphones (as my gym plays foo foo music that you can probably dance to, but not train to...)

I love my partner... NO IM NOT GAY!!! he fuckin pumps me up and spots me soo well... my workouts are so much better with partners
:lil k: now thats what i like!! haha

I cant see any effective bodybuilding training taking more than an 75 minutes at the maximum.

I'm out in an hour each day so all I'm missing is TV. If I wasn't lifting i'd be cycling every day.
