Anyone ever use the adjustable free weights?

the puddlemonkey pointed out to me once that a dumb bell tower takes up about the same amount of space as the adjustable dumb bells

I dont have a home gym anymore so it isn't relevant to me

Yeah I have regular dumbbells from 5-120 pounds and it cost me about 2 grand

My buddy has a nice set and he loves them. They work good for him honestly. I'll check on the brand.

Was looking into some for my gym. They take up less space. Seems like a good move. Never used them before. The bowflex or weider ones look nice

they may make longer ones, you'd hvae to look into it...with those length though i was able to put on between 120-130lbs if i remember correctly. Been awhile since i had my own gym.

The only problem I've ever had with the set is that I can't do heavy Skull Crushers because you can't get your hands between the 2 bars to lock. Other than that, they're great. The Stage 3 goes to 125lbs each dumbbell.

I'm against bowflex also obviously but their free weights look cool...I think the resistance stuff they have is junk
