Was looking into some for my gym. They take up less space. Seems like a good move. Never used them before. The bowflex or weider ones look nice

I have some from www.ironmaster.com, with the 120lb kit and I love them. I can't say that the are better than the set that I had before but I didn't have room for a 10-100lb set of dumbells and it cost so much to upgrade regular dumbells, I sold my Hex set and they paid for the ironmasters.

Sweet ill check them out. Thanks bro

the puddlemonkey pointed out to me once that a dumb bell tower takes up about the same amount of space as the adjustable dumb bells

I dont have a home gym anymore :( so it isn't relevant to me

stupid fire
just a thought

What about the dildo tower?

My buddy has a nice set and he loves them. They work good for him honestly. I'll check on the brand.

I'm against bowflex also obviously but their free weights look cool...I think the resistance stuff they have is junk

I HATE the Bowflex garbage lineup, however I do own a set of 10lbs to 90lbs adjustable Bowflex dumbbells, I absolutely love them, highly recommended, cost effective and take up very little room!

The DB handle idea is a novel one. I used to do shrugs with 4 25s on each one, I think it worked out to like 115lb or something. The 25s are pretty big so it wasn't the most optimal shape but I made it work.
