Anyone ever use the adjustable free weights?

They aren't bad. Feel a little cheap but they get the job done, and they do take up less space..

I have some from www.ironmaster.com, with the 120lb kit and I love them. I can't say that the are better than the set that I had before but I didn't have room for a 10-100lb set of dumbells and it cost so much to upgrade regular dumbells, I sold my Hex set and they paid for the ironmasters.

they may make longer ones, you'd hvae to look into it...with those length though i was able to put on between 120-130lbs if i remember correctly. Been awhile since i had my own gym.

The only problem I've ever had with the set is that I can't do heavy Skull Crushers because you can't get your hands between the 2 bars to lock. Other than that, they're great. The Stage 3 goes to 125lbs each dumbbell.
