Anyone ever hear of ZMA??

I was talkin to a buddy of mine that said a pro bodybuilder he trains with told him about some supplement called ZMA that helps you cycle longer and keep all your levels normal, so when you come off you don't crash. Anyone heard of this stuff????

Yep! A Combo of Zinc & magnesium
better sleep, supposed to raise your GH levels, altho some studies have been done on it , not enough to be conclusive.

by the zinc and magnesium from a supermarket or osmething all it is is 15grams of zinc and 450grams of magnesium it work out to be £2 per month.
 
ZMA is just another supplement scam .. go buy zinc and magnesium by themselves and it will do the same thing at 1/4 of the cost .

Or if not overpriced just get the ZMA combined. One warning, it will make you sleep like the dead. Don't take past 8pm if you want to get up in the morning. Good healthy supplement like taking vitamins, don't expect anything else.
 
i like this supplement and you can find it for a cheap price. zinc is very important for testosterone production and also has some anti-aromatase activities. magnesium is a very important mineral that many athletes are deficient of. the combo of zma seems to be very well absorbed, and helps with sleep. i took twice the normal dose one night and woke up the next morning with a raging hardon (zinc) and the urgent need to go drop ass with diarrhea (from too much magnesium). picture that

Taken it... slept like a BABY! Had to stop because I started going late to work... but damn did I sleep well.
 
GABA is 1/3 the cost and makes me sleep even better then ZMA ever did ... then again i was droping about 5 grams 20 minutes before bedtime ... what a rush :)
