I was working out off and on for the past few months and lately been working out for a solid month. I ordered lipoflame a couple months back used it every once in a while (I'm horrible at taking supps religiously). Anyway I decided to start taking it a little over a week ago and been consistant with taking it. Past few days when I wake up the left side of my left arm, right in the middle of the ring and middle finger all the way up to my elbow, is numb. Feels like half of my arm fell just asleep. It is a very awkward feeling, both pinky and ring finger is tingly feeling. At first I thought I had slept on it wrong or pinched a nerve, but its happened a couple days in a row.

So I freaked out this morning and tried to search online to see if I could see what is going on. I didn't really find any useful info except that someone said the doc said that it could be related to thyroid. Well I was reading my No Xplode tub (that I just got today) saying that if you have issues with thryroid consult a doc before taking. I couldn't find this on the lipoflame bottle and was just curious if anyone had this issue with taking supps? It's kinda weird working out like this because it doesn't go away for a few hours, and my workouts are usually in the morning. BTW I am going to discontinue taking supps for a week to see if it helps.

Are you sleeping on your arm or side? Are you sleeping with your arm above your head?

Sounds like Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The main things that cause a minor case are weightlifting, sleeping on your arm, or sleeping with your arms above your head. It is simply a pinching of the blood vessels and nerves that flow from your spine down your arm. If this is what it is, stretching your chest, shoulders, and upper back will alleviate the symptoms, which include numbness exactly like you described. Google it for more info.
