Anyone ever get a headache after Yoga class?

god damn. everything felt good on me but my head was hurting. had to down some mgs of NSAIDs. i rarely if ever get a headache.

first yoga class. anyways Im pretty flexible. I can put my foot behind my head (only one foot at a time but still not bad for a 64 yr old woman)

i would often get headaches after getting whole-body massages last summer too. does it perhaps release something inside the body that would cause a headache?

yes toxins in the muscle and joints....drink a ton of water so your kidneys don't have to work so hard
