Anyone ever done spinal decompression?

SO I got an inversion table 2 evenings ago and it is actually helping. I used it last night for the first time and it was odd being upside down, but I felt my lower back crack and pop and today my pain was about half. I used it again a little bit ago and felt more popping. It's hurts but in a good way. That and some muscle relaxers I have should get me back to the way I was. Wierd thing is I am very tight in my lower back. I can't even touch my toes when I could easily do more than that before. I guess it will take time but when can I get back to working out?

We have a inversion table at work and when I hurt my back I was using that off and on and I have to admit, that little fucker made my back feel good.

I purchased an inversion table at Sam's club for around $100 and the thing is worth every dime I spent. It is top quality too - just as good if not better than the $200+ ones I have seen at the gym.

Inversion tables are excellent for relieving stress on the spine.

I love mine except for the feeling that my eyes are going to shoot across the room at any moment.
