Have used this in the past (over five years ago) to boost mental acuity. Figured I would try it out with this big project I am overseeing for the next few months. Just curious to know of anyone else's opinion on it. Or if there are any other natural supplements that might be worth trying.


And no - I prefer to stay away from anything prescription.

I use to use it but i didnt see a big difference. It is said to be a herbal cure for adhd add and bipolar. I think

It boosts your mood. People with depression prefer to take it over other meds. It has been documented as helping some people with depression.
