Anyone else stop gaining in there 6th week no matter how much you eat?

Can someone tell me why I stoped gaining in my 6th week infact lost a few pounds, but gained 19 lbs in that 6 weeks on 500 sus & 325 TTok Deca and believe me I am eating like a horse and still lose a few lbs I know the body fluctuates up and down because the water but something don't seem right and BTW having alot of tender pains in arms and shoulders and a bad burning under my right rib could there be something going wrong with me???
 
hrmph .. guy if anything you should be GAINING MORE WEIGHT right now that at any other point in your cycle .. sorry i dunno what to say except for the obvious ..

have you tried changing your routine ?

don't really know what to make of the tender pains except maybe joint pains but the deca should take care of that..

Happens to me all the time bro - just plateau at around week 5 or 6. Even with Sust it has happened to me. One thing I tried, to keep the gains coming was start off with 5 weeks of Sust and finish with 5 weeks of Enanthate. Got me an extra 5-7 pounds - who knows why. It's all Test........
 
It happened to me in my first cycle. I am hoping it doesn't happen again but I have the feeling it's going to take a lot of food to keep things going.
 
im currently in week seven of my d-bol and sust, i ran out of d-bol in week 4 and the gains have slowed but still going, its now week 7 snd i only gain about 1lb per week. this could be correct because im not gaining any water and all im doing now is buliding muscel. from what i hear from various sources its hard to gain more than a few lbs os muscel per week, the rest is water.


dose this sound valid?

if bunk gear gives you only 19lbs than i want to buy bunk gear from now on cause ive only gained 16lbs so far!!!!!
 
Happened to me to on sust/deca in week 7. After about week 7 I tried to keep gains going by eating a lot. Just gained fat. What I would do is stop the sust, and run the deca till week 8. Keep your calories at a little bit past maintainace and just look to keep what you have and maybe gain a couple of pounds. If you up food, you'll just get fatter.
 
Yeah, it happens. When this happens to me. I will cut the calories, carbs and fat way down for a week, while keeping the protein relatively high and maybe throw in a little cardio. After a week of this you should be ready to eat like a horse and gain some more muscle, after loosing a little fat along the way.

Anyone think I should finish off with ARA 2500 or stay with sus? Btw not much water. could this sus be bunk anyone else had any bunk sus ?
 
this is why it is important to pyramid your dosage. Your body will adapt to the same dosage after 3 weeks, so slowly increasing the dosage will not give your body a chance to adapt to the gear.
 
Here's a thought. Take two days off to eat and rest.

I say this because I seem to plateau easily on cycle, and never know what the problem is. I'm on Day 33 of this cycle and just took two days off, after being at the same weight for like a week. Finally I feel the progress kicking back in and the scale shows it with a 3.5 lb weight gain in 3 days (not all muscle probably, no doubt some water fluctuations, but still clearly back on track).

I am thinking I may take two days off in a row after every squat day, if this is how well the body responds to the rest.
 
sounds like your overtrained; what your split like? most people get so excited about the fact that their "on" and forget that their body are human, (not aying this is you) but the past cycles ive hit, i kept astrict routine, with PLENTY of rest, and i just kept getting bigger and bigger even right up untill clomid, i think when many people just "stop" gaining after the first few, or what not, its due to their own errors (training/diet/REST) "IMO".... do you ever here of a vet going through this or a mod even, not really cause most of them know their shit down pat. JMO

btw the pasin your feeling can very well come from OT'ing
