hey i just purged my pantry of old non-parishables. got to throw away some stuff and make the shelves more organized.
and i found some good healthy choice chicken & rice soup that Im now eating
also found a homemade miox for jumabalaya which i think i'll make tonight
what kind of sausage do i need to get for that:

andoui sausage is the "proper" one for jambalaya, but any smoked pork will do...
I've been at work since 8, it's chilly out, 45 now but it was 39 this morning. I have thermal overalls on and been busy all day w/ customers. No bonding business today, just my other business....
a friend of mine goes to Montana every year for 3 weeks and he just got back, he said it was 89 most days but a little cooler at night, that was hotter than it was here.... pretty funny I thought......
