Anyone else put weight on easy but take it off with difficutly?

God it's hard for me to harden up!
I'm constantly trying to follow a diet and do cardio daily, as soon as I slip it seems like I go back to square one.
I put the muscle on really easy though, I went from 235 to 255 since June. (couple cycles)
I got about 15 lbs. of gut to lose though. It's the "puffy" pot-belly look, no love handles.
HELP!

start a low carb diet
do cardio 1st time in the morning
you may try ECA/clen/(DNP)

u know what that means....u can't let yourself slip. Be dedicated to what u r trying to accomplish. Motivation is key.

I hear ya!

I have the same problem. You must be an ectomorph... usually smaller bones and have trouble losing weight. I went from 155 to 184 this past 6 months. for 3 months, ive been hitting the cardio 2-3 times a week and slip up once in a while and im still floating around 182 or so. Sucks! Must keep motivated!!!

Thanx bros!
But hey, Evilution...What are you thinking? I weigh 245-250 and you think I'm an ectomorph? Problem losing weight = endomorph brother! My bone structure is like a brick house. I just have that pot belly.
I like what the one guy said, it's all balls! I do need to stick to my program, that would do it.

I put on muscle very easily actually....but cutting is a BITCH!!

Whenever I slip on my diet I notice it right away....and I have to do cardio every day along with a clean diet if I want to see any kind of results...

ooo im the oposite
its a real bitch trying to gain muscle/weight
but i can drop it all off in a second

Yup. Everyone's different. I HATE cutting, but I can force myself to do it. It is the worst experiences I've had in life. Gaining is natural to me. I can gain muscle, I can gain fat, I can gain fluid. In the end, losing fat and fluid, while retaining muscle, takes more than a little bit of discipline. It takes a total consuming commitment to the goal. Bodybuilding competitions are great for this. It gives you a goal AND a deadline. And if you don't meet the deadline you either let a LOT of people down, or you go on stage in a speedo looking pretty silly.........
