I have gotten some real good help and very apreciated advice from several members on this site, esp Needto and Misplank, but several more too.Very giving and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Also Needto's cookbook is really great and I say that from the perspective of being an Executive Chef my self as well as a bodybuilder/lifter/martial artist But 3-4 weeks ago I bought the Training "Pamphlet" from Omega which is supposed to be priced so high because it includes 3-4 Pms from him to answer questions and help personalize it for you. Well I have written to him several times and once he responded that since I had several questions it would take a couple of "days" to get back to me but it's been WEEKS and i still don't get any response. I contacted him 3 MORE times about it and I have been understanding and respectful but no reply. I guess it's really not that big of a deal but when a man says he is going to do something I believe he should do it. Anyone else have this situation or is it just me? And I still have MORE questions. Maybe all the others who are trying this type of training should get together and discuss our results and methods? Might be helpful...I still enjoy this site and having had a taste of Platinum I think I'm going to continue with it.

Was about to purchase his pamphlet in your opinion is it a good buy? And how many pages is it

I thought when you bought the pamphlet you got a phone session as well as the PM's here on the site.

Maybe something has come up, or your Pm's got lost with others, it happens.

Yea.
Looks interesting and was thinking about buying but I cant find a clear description of what kind of stuff its suppose to include.. anyone got a thread or link they can point me to or something?
