Yes, i believe that acreage is the key too. Even the wealthy neighborhoods (my buddy, not me) arent exempt from these shenanigans.

I hate the kids that throw rocks at dogs, my great dane was perfectly mannered he loved other animals, kids, etc Eventhough I lived in a gated community this little freaking 9 yo jerk passed by everyday with his lab and throw rocks at him and press his dog at him and we had to work almost 2 years on geting his social skills back, he couldnt see another dog or a boy age 7-12 or he'd go nuts girls, cats no problem.... I couldnt prevent it because I worked graveyard shifts

my neighbors aare all trash...i have a handicapp one that steals my kids toys at the pool everytime she goes out there..tel him no and he grunts at you..his family just sits there gettign hammered as i keep tellgn him stop it, get out of here,put that down,,,kids a real treat.... then we have the rest of the crime wave from little havana that rampages thru the hallways and pool area screaming and making messes everywhere..
i am pretty excited to say the least to move out of here and never see these people again
