anyone else get bored with cutting really quick?

I like cutting and getting ripped up .. but only for like 2/3 weeks then i get bored and would rather switch to bulking again.. i dont know.. i have respect for the guys that are maintaing 6-8% non stop but most of the time i just get bored its not a dedication thing either its just i would rather try to get a lil bigger or a lil stronger...

when i am gearing up for a competition it is completely differrent... if im trying tomake weight then NOTHING will stop me but i am not doing that right now so i just want to keep packing on mass...

just curious as to what you bros think
 
btw i normally dont go much about 10-12% and the high level is only when i have been bulkin a long as time..
 
cutting definitely is harder than bulking for many reasons:
1) you really have to watch your diet where as when you bulk anything (within reason) if fair play.
2) more cardio which to me is boring. i'd much rather be lifting.
3) a.m cardio sucks dick!
 
goals.... right now if anything it is size and strength which is most likely why i get bored with cutting really quick.. i also do not seem to lose much muscle or strength when i cut naturally especially for short amounts of time.. i just keep the protien high and drink lots o milk.. but then i just start to think...damn.. these last threee weeks i might have been able to put on another lbm of realmuscle.. then its back to bulking..

but again.. im not competing right now and do not need to get into a weight class... once that starts i willl probably jump back on some test/winny/fina and get down to 6% and tear shit up again.. CANT WAIT!!!!!
 
I'm doing a mild cutting cycle right now, mostly just between snowboarding and light cardio. I can't really afford to lose too much weight right now, but will start a hard 4 weeks of cutting right before my next cycle.

Some people are naturally lean too, I just get fat.
 
I just started dieting Sunday for a show in May. Totally sucks, but I'm looking forward to getting ripped. I'm craving salt, which I'm glad I can have. But I like the sweets too, but I'm limited to sugar free Jello. Atleast it's something. Can't wait to start bulking again, but that's not until the end of the summer, maybe.
 
Sugar free Jello. Yeah, that's why I'm a powerlifter. Shit, I just ate a whole box of Ritz crackers w/peanutbutter, because I was bored.
 
I usually cut for 12 weeks at a time,it get's very boring and hard towards the end.The only way I stay focused is to keep this vision in my head of what I will look like when I am done.
 
I got really lean last year looked like I had put weight on not lost it, It was the best I have looked and felt then bang split up with my girl came off the gear got real bad depression and let myself go was on antidepresents and counciling for a while but I am back now training again, fine tuning my cutting cycle and going to look good again even started seeing another girl who is fitter!!
