Anyone else ever worry about Injuries?

I've been pretty lucky so far. But I think I may be getting to the point soon where my strength is growing faster than my tendons/ligaments can handle.

Does anyone else share these concerns?

Is there anything that YOU specifically do to prevent injuries (aside from the usual stuff like using good form)?

You can never underestimate the importance of stretching prior to a workout. Stretching loosens up muscle fibers and tendon/ligaments. Also draws blood to the muscles before the workout. Helps to avoid injuries, cramps and stiffness.

I developed some nasty tendinitis after my last cycle. I'm probably going to be on chondroitin/glucosamine, and MSM for the rest of my lifting and snowboarding years now.

have had many injuries minor tears brusides (sp), tendinitis bulged disks, nothing requiring surgery yet...
its part of the game sooner or later.

You must heal and overcome setbacks and keep going.

I end up doing more and more reps for my legs as a result of growing so fast. I get these small strains in quads and hams if I am not careful.

I have to increase the weight very slowly during a workout with several warmup sets and I never train them to failure.

Both my shoulders are FUCKED. Major pain. Unfortunately they dislocate very easy from football, so I am terrified of injury. Results are big arms and underdeveloped pecs! Sucks, but I have to be careful.
