Anyone else do this?

Im sure Ill get flamed by some on this but does anyone if there running say a 16 week cycle try to bulk or have lean mass gains for the first 8 weeks, and then try to diet and cut on the last 8? My last cycle was this way, as the last 8 weeks I became much busier and didnt have time to lift as much. I turned that into more of dieting and cardio and was very happy with the results.
 
It's possible but i don't recommend it since by week 8 the results your looking for (for example to bulk or to cut) start appearing. So changing things then would be counter productive. It's better to split it into 2 cycles one bulking and one cutting.
 
Everyone is different, some of us are on all the time.


So its hard to say you are bulking or cutting


95% of bulking and cutting are diet, not gear, but diet and cardio.
