Im sure Ill get flamed by some on this but does anyone if there running say a 16 week cycle try to bulk or have lean mass gains for the first 8 weeks, and then try to diet and cut on the last 8? My last cycle was this way, as the last 8 weeks I became much busier and didnt have time to lift as much. I turned that into more of dieting and cardio and was very happy with the results.
