Anyone else been slacking due to the holidays?

From Halloween thru Thanksgiving to Christmas and even NYE has always been my "weak point" in terms of diet, weights, and cardio.

This year I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to force myself to play "catch up" for Spring, as I always do.

I'm not saying I've been as loyal as I would have liked in regards to diet and cardio. But, I have gotten some of the best gains in my life over the past 3 months. I figure, that's something of a positive in comparison to years past.

My training hasn't suffered, but it's so hard to get in there on these cold "winter" (not even here yet!) days and get those cardio sweats in. With my mass gains I've made, it'll be that much easier in the upcoming months when I feel it's time.
 
last couple weeks have been shit for me...i seem to be losing weight..but my workouts dont feel as repititious...i seem slacking :( i was doing relaly good for a while, wtf?
 
I haven't worked out in 3 weeks. My motivation is at 0% right now. Mainly due to my fucked up head and not the holiday season.
 
I'm on my 2nd month off, I'm gaining weight like a muther, and I feel FAT :(. Good news is that my back is healing, I have had a long term herniated disk problem - it feels GREAT now. I figure I'll give the ol back till just after new years, THEN HIT THE GYM HARD AGAIN AND NOT LOOK BACK :)
 
its finals thats kicking my ass...been pulling back to back all nighters and skipping training, only to try and make it up the next day on no sleep. most of the time it doesnt happen. next week i will have no more worries thought thank god.

I'm in the same boat. However, now I'm finished with my classes until Jan. 13th. So, I usually look forward to Christmas break because I actually have more time for the gym. Maily because I don't have to study for a month.
