anyone dislike hst?

anyone whos gave it a shot and disliked hst? just curious. it sounds a little counter intuitive to what ive learned about lifting but change is good.
 
Other than the fact that it wrecks my joints I like it. I've yet to put on any significant weight but that's because of diet..hardgainer. Somehow my measurements always seem to go up slightly though and I usually just look better in general, muscle fullness and abs are more ripped.

try it for yourself and see how it goes then make a judgement..i never done it but it seems people either LOVE it or they HATE it
 
I've been adding a solid pound per week on HST over the course of the last few months. It does nothing for strength, but it will definitely make you grow. I'm back on 5x5 now though. Once I plateau it will be back to HST again.
 
I'm sure it'll give you decent results, just like any other training program, but I found it to be the most boring thing ever. I lasted 2 weeks and was done with it. Way too boring.
