i always end up going out on a school night. like last night, out drinking, partying, dancing till 3 in the morning and i had a class at 9. my ass was on 4 hours of sleep the whole day. i took an hour nap in the library between classes.

Yes its normal,I am so over this site I went from a few hours a day to being lucky to log on once a week.If every one spent as much time in the gym as they did bagging people on this site they might actually acheive some results.No offence intended for the hardcore lifters out there but there is so much bs floating around I would be a chump if I took everyones post seriously.
