Something called Cardio Breeze?


It was talked about years ago here on EF.

I am NOWHERe near in shape when it comes to cardio.

Anybody know something that can help?

Might need to research a routine to get up to speed.

I want to run 2 miles in 12 mins or so.

I can definitely vouch for that. I used oxygen4energy, and its biggest benefit for me was in the cardio and endurance department. I could go faster and longer when taking it before cardio

Now that I think about this more, I do remember this. I would try mr. supps oxygen supplement as I suggested earlier
