In 1999, PetShop Boys had an album named "Nightlife" - maybe it is something off of there. One of my friends is big into them, but I've never really liked them.
(Not sure how techno they got, but they have always been kind of dance - maybe someone remixed one of their songs - sorry, don't know. Maybe if you Kazaa some of the songs off of that album you will get something...)

If I was guessing I would say it is one of several mixes of Kim English's song "Nightlife" possibly the Junior Vasquez remix.....that was the most popular at my club a few years back.....hope that helps......there are at least five different mixes.....good luck
