You should inform yourself of the rules. They are posted in stickies at the top of every forum on the board. It's not the job of mods to inform you of the rules, it's the job of mods to infract you when you break them.
I can ban you for whatever I feel like at this point because you:
1) made an alter to avoid a timeout/ban (which is against the fucking rules - what's the point of a timeout or ban if we just let people get around them by making another account?)
2) you were sourcing through PM and openly talking about that on the board
3) you are being an asshole and challenging mods authority. If you want to run a board, go make your own and good luck. If you want to stay here you can abide by the rules we have set.
