Serious question. I use to lift weights before like 2 years back then got into rock climbing. When i got serious about it, i had to drop weight, because being too muscular works against you (much more stress and weight on your fingers, tendons, elbows, and forearms) when you start climbing tiny edges, crimps, and small feet pegs. So i went from 185, to 160 so far. I'm gettin to that level where i need to increase my strength to weight ratio dramatically.
The people that climb really well, probably have that 3-4% bruce lee physique, but with larger forearms biceps and backs, it looks kinda abnormal, but thats what you need to have when you're pullin all your weight with just 1 or 2 fingers in a shallow pocket on a completely horizontal over hang.
if you want to see what im talkin about go here:

Go to the left side menu, click on extras, then click on video clips, then when the selections pulls up, click on the 2nd one titled Big Up Dose: The Ozarks and watch the preview for it which is about 4 minutes long but catches the essence of what i want to accomplish.
Since i've been rock climbing, almost all the people i climb with are vegetarians natural/organic eaters and barely supplement at all, no whey, no thermogenics, no nothing, so when i mention about roiding up its completely alien and asinine to them. So if i start, i might be the first climber to actually cycle up.
I just wanted advice, that if you guys were to do this, what would you cycle with to get the strength, endurance and physique specifically for rock climbing? I mean, to get the strength to do one armed 2 finger pull ups type strength
I've alreadly lost 15 lbs or so just dieting, losing 5 more lbs of fat on clen. What would you recommend i start with? Keep in mind that this is all im gonna be doing, is just climbing, no gym or weights, that, and i'll be riding my bike everyday like 11 miles (distance from home to rock climbin center) for cardio.
