Anyway it is probably the witholding sex thing. My ex treated me like crap, but every time I dumped her, she used sex to get me back. Granted, I was in love with her as well, but sex with her was the best I've ever had. She would find a way to get alone with me (once she just slipped in when I was asleep and crawled into bed), screw my brains out, and then ask me if I wanted to go out and do something with her that night. Worked every time. Granted she didn't dominated my life like some you are describing. We had our own friends, and often went and hung out with them, without the other one around.

Yeah my used to be best friend fits that bill. I say used to be because now his fiance won't let us hang out anymore due to our past exploits. We still hang out occasionally (every 3 months or so) but usually he has to lie so she won't know. I don't know what I hate more, her, or him for choosing to spend the rest of his life with an ungrateful, spiteful, bossy woman like her. The real kicker of the whole deal is that I am going to be the best man in the wedding even though I told him I was against him marrying her.
