people are different and seem to digest food differantly. Some proteins that are very popular, like musclemilk, can give me heartburn. it could also be that you are taking in too much at one time. if it is the first time you have supplemented your diet with protein it might take a little getting used to. the sluggish feeling could be from "over eating" before your system adjusts. try smaller shakes and possably a diff brand, like On Whey.
