Anybody ever take Tongkat Ali (long jack)?

I'm wondering whether or not this actually works. Saw it on Beyond A Century and it sounds promising. Anybody ever take this or know someone who did and actually saw good results?

Yeah I took it for a month and didnt really notice anything, I used the expensive stuff too that was suppossed to be the most potent... unless it has accumulative properties. ie improves with use I wouldnt reccommend it

the stuff I took was LJ 100 from memory

but as we all know with these type of things it works differently on different people, give it a month and see how you go

Well, I actually tried it about 2 years ago when they didn't have the potent stuff. I did it for a month. I noticed some difference in as how I constantly needed to get laid. Physically I didn't see that much of a change. When I contacted the company on it they said it was probably because of my age. At the time I was 22. Now, I hear the stronger stuff is out and it works better, but I can't find much about personal reviews from bodybuilders.

Works good. I think the reason most people haven't seen any good results from it is that most products are low potency. The one I use is 1500mg/2 caps and cheap too. Like $20 for 60 caps. I use it during and post cycle. It's suppose to surpress SHGB; so I use it during a cycle to enhance the effectiveness of my gear (less SHGB, more free steroids in the system) and work to boost natural test levels post cycle. Works extremely well for me. Just try to get a high potency product.

Thanks for the reply Turanabol. I'm also wondering where you get yours from. Just wondering do you think it would work better for someone not on any gear?
