Anybody else having pizza for breakfast?

I've been so good. Everyday it's cheerios and raw oats with a banana. Damnit I needed something good. I can't wait to eat this chicken/garlic pizza.

I ate the whole thing plus about 1/3 box of triscuits and some grape juice. A whopping 48 grams of fat and about 1200 calories.. Stepped on the scales, didn't even gain a pound. I have to eat like this when I'm doing aerobic training regularly.

Not today.
I often have what I call a breakfast pizza. Just a regular pizza with 2 scambled eggs plus extra cheese on it.

i had about 20 ounces of skim milk, mixed with 3 scoops of ON vanilla and 2 scoops of muscle milk vanilla. . .a 100% whole wheat bagel, toasted with real butter. . .and about 8 cups of coffee. . .

I had pizza today, but was on the phone for work too long at 6am so i ate the topping and gave the rest to my vicious, man-eating, mauling dogs.

roux like as in "baby batter". . .gosh. . .i figured a fellow kitchen-junkie would be able to make that segue without any help. . .
well fuck me then

cold last nite's pizza and ice tea rocks for breakfast

Cold pizza is the breakfast of champions.

However, chicken does not belong on a pizza in any form.

Leftover Chinese food can be miraculously revived in the microwave oven. All the things that microwaves do to fuck up most other foods, seem to work perfectly with the Chinese. The biggest miracle is the way it brings nasty dried out leftover rice back to steaming moist fluffiness.

5 scoops of various pros for breakfast, jesus

8 egg whites scrambled with red pepper, onion, and canadian bacon with 2 slices of dry whole grain toast.

Last night I made riggatoni with a spicy meat ragout. Good shit.

I'm fat.

getting 300 g's a day ain't easy. . .i like to kick it off big each day. . .

The ultra high protein diet is a myth. Everytime I tried it, I just ended up with bloated colon, gas, and even lost weight. It's calories consumed that matters. You only need so much protein, the rest stresses your kidneys, is converted to fat, or shat out the toilet... I think this is still the biggest myth in bodybuilding that most people still believe. They have to sell all that protein.

Back to the usual of cheerios, raw oats, banana, and 2 packets of equal.

at 225 lbs, i don't think 300 g's ed is "ultra high". . .it's only 1.3 g's per pound of body weight. . .plus, i only do that on weight training days. . .my diet monday through friday is probably 50/35/15 protien/fat/carbs. . .saturday and sunday is more like 25/35/40. . .works for me. . .at 42 yoa, i feel pretty damn good most days :)

You're looking damn good at 42, I've got 43 coming up next month. I drink more than I ever have lately. Probably 8 beers a week, 4 on sat. and sun., but I'm in better shape than I've been in years cause of the regular cardio.

i'll be 43 in 8 days :worried: i had two bud lights and two jim beam and caff-free diet pepsi's friday night and saturday night :) at this point in my life, cardio has probably moved into the front seat. . .well. . .at least the passenger seat. . .
