YOU"LL LOVE IT!!!

give it a shot...have an open mind... works wonders for the flexiblity.. it will help your recovery, loosens up alot of muslces that normally gert tight when only working in one dimension (lifitn only) Give it a shot...I'll tell ya why I started..
I'm, a personal trainer and I worked with this guy in his 30's, good shape, I would whoop that guy into the ground...just murder him..he would always show up for his next aapointment and was NEVER sore...he took Yoga 3 x a week, days following our workouts... I was sold...tried it...never stopped...

It definately was you. I remember now.

so like monday and thursday. i just do lower body on those days. and then the days after i do sprinting so i should be nice and fresh for that.

flexibilty is important in any comptetition sport, yoga will help, so will stretching for just 30 mins a day...as you become more flexible you will probably suffer less minor pains associated with the gym. plyometrics is good, some might disagree, but there is a good advantage at being able to utilize your own body weight, for real life situations. after all look at boxers.

PLYOMETRICS kickass, they could be used with great results in ANY workout program.. they dont ahve to be the main thing or sued all the time, but they are gerat for variety, burns, etc!!

if you want a real challenge, try Bikram Yoga. The room is heated to 105-109 degrees, classes last 90 min... your muscles get like soft taffy- ultimate flexibility. Take extra water & change of clothes... you will be drenched when you leave.
