Every other speed bench day i do some extra sets for my chest BB style for hypertrophy. DB inclin and flat bench, or BB inclilne. Usually between 6 and 10 reps for 3-5 sets. Occasionally on these days i test my 225 for reps or do pushups for a pump.
Every other speed squat day i will do some work for my quads like single legs leg press, step ups, lunges or single leg leg exxtentions. Still BB style 3-5 sets of 6-10 reps for hypertrophy and i like doing them single leg to help bring up any imbalances.
