I usually don't call people I ridicule "friends" In other words, in order for someone to be a friend I have to at least respect them a little bit.

well, he's an obese slob who hates everyone, likes to be miserable, and lives alone with his pet guinea pig and plays roll playing games and world of warcraft online.
He's also secretly gay, and only owns pants with elastic waists. I don't think he's ever been with a woman (he's 38 i think) and is probably a virgin.

but, he's smart, doesn't come on to me thank god, and stuck his neck out for me when i needed it.
so yeah, he's a friend, but gross.

the obese part, well that doesn't bother me- he's my friend, not my spouse, although he could lose 200 lbs. I think he's around 400. maybe less- i don't know.
