Not keeping a log, but I can tell you that when I started it at week 7 of my 16 week cycle, that it has zapped my energy (by mid-late day, especially after lifting)and it was quite a bit harder to get a restful sleep. I don't think it necessarily sped up and fat loss, but added to my overall mix of test e, eq, masteron, winny. My appetite went down (but that could be do to the ckd diet as well) I have pics posted around here of my progress, I will be finishing my cycle dec 31st and will post up pics. I should be posting up some pics before then as well.
My advice is that if you are going to use tren, you had best be in optimum shape and willing to suck it up big time and push thru.
