Im not sure about one blend being superior to another, but this is hands down the best MRP I have ever tasted. So good in fact that I get cravings for them. You cant fuck with the Oatmeal cinnamon!!

Yes, it's a great tasting shake. Don't think the carbs in it are ideal for post workout.... but as a meal replacement it kicks ass !!
