About four years ago I used the rembrandt paste and mouthpiece 2x a day for a month or two. Teeth stayed really white until this past year, when my incessant smoking altered them into a heavenly autumnal shade of maple leaf.

I agree with Bran987; Crest Whitestrips work well. I barely use them and I still notice my teeth getting whiter.

i just finished the excel 3 day white system that your dentist can give you with the custom mouth guards and they worked well !!! my teeth are super white

but my teeth got really sensitive for a couple days so whatever,
